Using the out-door display function, it is also possible to configure a tablet to be installed outside the meeting room which allows you to see the room's calendar in real time and make a reservation simply by framing a QR.
For the outdoor display we recommend using the ProDVX APPC-10SLB tablet which offers PPoE support (power via Ethernet cable) and green or red LED to indicate room occupancy.
